Candidates upon selection will be placed into a mutually acceptable creative project which will include a mutually agreed upon weekly base pay plus additional weekly performance $$$ compensation or bonuses plus the potential for eventual profit sharing on projects that meet or exceed expectations.
There is an ever growing epidemic of closures of favorite restaurants and bars across the country whether large establishments or small neighborhood eateries. What is now needed to curb these sad losses of businesses and employees, and what most of the owners of the long established choice spots don’t fully realize is just how much their clientele considers these outing options as part of their hard earned entertainment budget for the week. Exactly like making choices of either staying home or going to the movies or to a live theater production. What is now desperately needed are creative and artistic individuals, who understand people, audiences, and entertainment, as well as how to bring about new levels of excitement and vibrancy to these slowly fading icons within each city, eliminating jobs everywhere.
